The direct duty of the butler is to make the rest of the MSC YACHT CLUB guests as comfortable as possible, whether it is service, ordering services or just information support. If the passenger has any question or doubt, the butler is always at the service of the guest.

unpack suitcases and hang clothes (if the guest wishes);
collect suitcases upon departure (if the guest wishes);
pick up clothes for washing, dry cleaning or ironing;
clean shoes (at the request of the guest);
will deliver your favorite fresh newspaper in the morning (from the available list);
will help to book a table in a restaurant, a transfer in the city or a procedure in a beauty salon;
organizes a presentation of jewelry store products in your cabin;
serves dinner in the cabin.
At MSC, they understand perfectly well that the way to a guest’s heart lies, among other things, through the stomach. Therefore, despite the traditionally high level of MSC Cruises cuisine and a wide choice of restaurants on board, MSC YACHT CLUB guests have a number of other advantages.
In the closed area of the MSC YACHT CLUB - Top Sail Lounge and The ONE bar, gourmet international snacks and desserts are served throughout the day.
