MSC Cruises cancels cruises again!

Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East region, the MSC Euribia was unable to leave the region as scheduled, resulting in a delay in her repositioning to Northern Europe. As a result, the ship will not be able to operate the first cruise of the season, and the company is unfortunately forced to cancel some cruises departing from Kiel/Copenhagen on May 2/3, 2026.

To ensure you can still enjoy your holiday with MSC Cruises, we are pleased to offer you the following options:



Option 1:
Transfer your booking to any cruise available on our website departing no later than November 30, 2026, with no change fee. You will be able to choose a new cruise with the same duration and cabin category, and we guarantee you the best available fare between your original and new booking. Additionally, we will provide a €100 non-refundable onboard credit per person (maximum €200 per cabin) to cover onboard expenses.

Option 2:
If you choose a cruise departing on or after December 1, 2026, no change fee will apply. In this case, the new cruise fare will be applied: if the price increases, the difference must be paid; if the selected cruise is cheaper – we will refund the difference. You will also receive €100 non-refundable onboard credit per person (maximum €200 per cabin).

Option 3:
Alternatively, if you are not ready to choose another cruise at this time, you may cancel your booking free of charge and receive a full refund.

Due to the current regional situation in the Middle East, MSC Euribia is currently still in the region and it is uncertain for at least the next two weeks when the ship will be able to depart for her redeployment to Northern Europe.

MSC is therefore forced to cancel the following two cruises departing from Kiel/Copenhagen:

- MSC Euribia departing on 9/10 May 2026.
- MSC Euribia departing on 16/17 May 2026.

Passenger compensation will be the same as for the 2/3 May cruises
