MSC Virtual Concierge – your personal cruise assistant
It's a smart chat in a mobile app that answers your questions in over 50 languages ​​and helps with everything related to travel.

Order cleaning or towels

- Find out when a restaurant or pool is open

Crew Assist – help from the crew, even if you don't speak English

Don't use apps or don't speak English well? No problem! Now the crew can create a request for you and send it in the system.
- How it works:
• The guest tells the steward: “We need towels for cabin 5001.”
• The crew enters the request into Crew Assist.
• The guest receives the towels and a notification of delivery. 
The system automatically translates the request and response. This means that communication is possible in any language.

- Impressive results:
• 80,000+ conversations with guests have been conducted via MSC Virtual Concierge
• 4,000+ requests have been handled by the crew
